By downloading, installing, or accessing Background Studio Lights ("the App"), created by GENZEE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue app usage immediately.
2. Description of Service
Background Studio Lights transforms mobile device displays into professional RGB studio lighting panels featuring custom color pickers, Kelvin color temperature adjustments, cinematic Aurora gradient presets, high-brightness override modes, and creator studio utilities.
3. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for creative, photography, videography, or lighting purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.
- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Advertising & In-App Content
The App offers free access supported by privacy-compliant third-party advertising services (including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Yandex, Chartboost, and Start.io). Users may also unlock ad-free access or feature rewards through voluntary rewarded video interactions or in-app unlocks.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, graphics, branding, Studio Island UI designs, and digital assets associated with Background Studio Lights are the intellectual property of GENZEE.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Screen brightness, battery consumption, and color accuracy may vary depending on device hardware specifications. GENZEE shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from app usage.
7. Updates & Modifications
We may update the App periodically to enhance performance, introduce new lighting presets, or comply with platform guidelines. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
