Background Studio Lights is a mobile application that provides professional lighting effects through solid colors and gradient presets for creative and professional use.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
5. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements. Premium features may be unlocked through rewarded video ads.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Genzee and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genzee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
9. Device Compatibility
The App requires certain device capabilities (screen brightness control, etc.). We are not responsible if your device does not support all features.
10. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
